Tri-Ty is another great place to gather with friends at night.  They have really good slushy drinks.  Tri-Ty is located at 130-8100 Ackroyd Road in Richmond.  Rockia and I were here with two other friends one night and we all decided to try their smoothies and slushies.  They were all very delicious.  The four drinks we had were: taro smoothie, pudding smoothie, green bean slush and Belgium chocolate slush.  They were all super thick and creamy so iPanda couldn’t finish hers.  But you can ask for them to put the rest into a take out bubble tea cup to take home and drink later.

This first drink is the taro smoothie.  They used fresh taro for this drink so it wasn’t the artificial purple powder that some places use.  This was super creamy.  I loved how they included a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.  This wasn’t very sweet, but the enormous amount of taro in it made it very filling.  This drink was $5.25.

This was Rickon’s green bean slush.  He said that it was refreshing, but a bit watery.  I think this one is the least filling of all the drinks we ordered that night.

Another friend ordered the Belgium chocolate slush.  WOW!  It looked amazing.  This was $5.50 and was the most expensive drink out of the four.  However, this drink had a square piece of Godiva chocolate stuck to the top.  I personally think it was worth $5.50.

Our friend said that this was super chocolaty.  It definitely reminded me of the chocolate drink I had at Queen Bee.

And here is iPanda’s drink for the night.  Pudding smoothie with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce on top!  WOW!  This is like the most delectable dessert ever!  This was also $5.25.  It wasn’t super sweet, but it was big!  I felt like I was eating Japanese pudding.  It really was perfect~  Yummm…….But it was super big…so that’s why I couldn’t finish it.

After all those sweet drinks, we ordered some deep fried squid tentacles as a snack.  This was $6.50.  I loved the crispy batter!  I used to eat these all the time, but I only eat them occasionally now because squid is very high in-cholesterol.  As well, deep fried things are oily (even if you can’t see the oil).

4 drinks and a snack to share added up to $28.83.  Overall, I think that Tri-ty has very high quality bubble teas and snacks.  I can always depend on them to delivery consistent high quality food.
