for the salad, i am pretty sure it was a &quot;mozuku&quot; salad - which is a type of Japanese seaweed - they like to eat it with some black vinegar and black honey... :) it&#039;s really really good for you.. i&#039;ve seen them at t &amp; t as well, they come in small plastic packages.</description>
