South Ocean Seafood Restaurant (南海渔村海鲜酒家)

I haven’t been eating out a lot lately.  But recently we went to have Chinese dinner at 南海渔村海鲜酒家South Ocean Seafood Restaurant. We splurged and had some pretty amazing dishes.  I had a wonderful experience here.  The service is prompt and friendly.  We ordered a 4 pound lobster and it was full of meat.  We added noodles to the lobster because the sauces from the lobster makes the noodles super juicy.

Then we had my most favorite dish.  Peking duck wrapped in flour pastry with cucumber and green onion.  This is a DIY dish.  You have to do the wrapping yourself and then add some sweet seafood sauce into it.  I absolutely love this.  The only problem is that the duck skin is usually very fat.  I have to remove the fat parts before I can wrap it.  Although this process may take awhile to do, I love taking the time to make my little duck wrap.  The only problem with this dish is that the flour pastries were a bit cold when they were served.  So it was starting to harden.

We also had two appetizers.  They weren’t anything special so nothing much to talk about.  Here are the pictures for them. photo-4photo-3
