Banzai Sushi and DIY Japanese Dinner
Posted by in $Cheap Eats | 3 Paws | Japanese | RichmondI had a Japanese dinner night with friends a couple of weeks ago. We ordered a big dinner combo from Banzai Sushi in Richmond and then made the rest of the dishes. I love Banzai because of their GIANT portions. However, they use a lot of rice in the sushi rolls. So a little bit is enough to feed a lot of people. The combo we got was around 35 dollars. My favorites are the chopped scallop sushi, salmon sushi, house roll and california roll. This was a lot of food for the price. Oishi!
Here is a picture of the oden that we made~ My friend is a super cook~ We had a lot of fun making the other dishes. Hope we can find time to do it again! The oden was super great. It was pretty easy to make.
