Richmond Night Market 2009 (列治文夜市2009)
Posted by in Richmond
The Richmond Night Market has the best variety of foods. There are tons to chose from and try. The only problem is that the prices add up very quickly so you have to watch how much you spend. After trying almost everything at the market, I have two favorites that I want to share with everyone. The first one is the tofu and squid combo. Each combo is 5 dollars. This is very filling so it’s a pretty good deal. There is a sweet and sour sauce on top of the tofu. The squid is cooked on a bbq. Yummmmmm~~~~
The next thing I would recommend is from the Taiwanese booth. They are little cart wheel pastries. There are different kinds of filling. My favorite kind is the custard. The stand also offers some candied strawberries and chocolate covered strawberries. I would recommend their fresh strawberry slush too because it is not too sweet~ But beware of brain freeze. Be sure to visit it at least once before it closes for the winter!
